We just wanted to send a note of thanks for the fabulous job that you and Rudkin & Associates Mortgage provided in getting us in our new home. We can't stress enough that along this journey, you had our complete well being in mind. When we started the endeavor of buying a home a year ago, you provided us with the resources and guidance in order to correct our credit so that we could obtain the best interest rate. You continued to keep in contact throughout the year and was constantly reminding us to be patient in our times of discouragement. We talked with you in mid June 2011, when we wer pre-approved for our home loan. You even recommended several Realtors that meshed well with our personalities to help us look for that "dream home". We made our offer on July 1, 2011 and closed on July 29, 2011. Your attention to detail and accuracy aided in providing this quick turn-around saving us time and money. Chris, you never hesitated to call when something arose and we handled it quickly together. I even told a co-worker that we were going to close in less than a month and she told me it was impossible. We told our co-worker with the right person helping guide your with your mortgage it was very much possible. We realized we were never just another file on your desk, but always a priority. You will never know how much of a blessing it was for you to be by our side at closing. Thank you never seems to be enough for all you have helped us with. You never treated us like anything less than family. We will be referring our family and friends to Rudkin & Associates Mortgage to help with their new home.

Working with Chris was such a pleasure. Our deal was about to fall though. Chris continued to work on all of the complications, calmly and with vast knowledge. He went above and beyond what any other lender would have, and believe you me there were many obstacles. We were able to meet our goals because Chris cared enough to go the extra mile in order for us to achieve our dream.
